We have established a cooperative system by utilizing the global networks of Charles Taylor Adjusting(Richard Hogg Lindley), and others, enabling us to respond to various maritime incidents and provide comprehensive information related to marine operations worldwide, ensuring prompt service delivery. We joined the TMN Survey Group, a worldwide network of survey companies in Europe and major countries, to provide more professional and prompt claims handling services to the clients.
We carry out survey tasks for hull (including collision) and machinery accidents on behalf of hull underwriters, P&I Clubs, shipowners, and charterers, determining the causes of incidents, the extent of damage, and reasonable loss amounts. All of our surveyors have practical experience as deck officers and engineers on ocean-going vessels, making this a specialized area of expertise for our company. We can provide these services both domestically and internationally.
We conduct cargo damage surveys on behalf of various clients, including cargo insurers and P&I Clubs, to determine the causes of damage and reasonable loss amounts for various types of marine, air, and inland transportation cargo. Our surveys are conducted both domestically and internationally by our in-house surveyors, and we also perform overseas survey work through our worldwide survey network. In particular, we have established a domestic network for efficient operations in high-value and emerging business sectors, such as bulk cargo fires & liquification, oil & chemical goods, precision equipment, generator, turbine, electric transformers, and batteries. The projects we worked on is Car Damage by Tianjin Port Explosion, Car Damage by Hail Accident in Germany, Contamination of Methyl Methacrylate, Turbine/Generator Damage, Computer Equipment (Storaeh) Damage, Damage to Basttery Materials, Project Cargo.
We perform marine warranty surveys such as Condition Survey, Towing Survey, P&I Club Entry and Annual Surveys, Pre-loading/Shipment Survey, Outturn Survey, On-off Hire Survey, and surveys for the Loading/Securing/Towage approval of heavy cargo. The projects we worked on is ANGAMOS THERMMOELECTRIC POWER PLANT, FUJAIRAH POWER AND DE-SALINATION PROJECT, BANDIRMA CONBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT, SALALAH METHANOL PROJECT, EDF ENERGY WEST BURTON CCGT POWER PROJECT, PL PROPYLENE PROJECT IN HUSTON. In particular, our heavy cargo calculation sheet and report are highly beneficial for risk management, ensuring the safe marine transportation of high-value cargo for cargo underwriters.
